PCB Manufacturing

During layout of your project, we work with a select group of pre-approved PCB bare board manufacturers worldwide, in getting DFM requirements for your board. Depending on the complexity, quantity, cost and schedule we pick the vendor best suited for your project. If your project requires us to work with a specific vendor of your preference, please intimate the same. We can take up all the co-ordination work involved on your behalf to put your project through.

PCB Assembly

All your assembly needs for PTH and SMT are part of our EMS services. We have skilled technicians capable of working on both th-hole and fine pitch SMT parts. Boards of all complexities ranging from simple single layer to densely populated multilayer are assembled at our factory.

Testing

As part of our in-house production, we have built up infrastructure and manpower resources to test assembled boards. Our skilled test engineers carry out acceptance testing on assembled boards before delivery. Test instruments such as digital oscilloscopes, multimeters and programmers are used carry out testing as per test procedures.
